YOBC’s Board of Directors approved a new five-year strategic plan in June 2024.

The plan affirms YOBC Values:

• The development of growth and artistic excellence within each ensemble
• The promotion of service to the community through sharing musical talents
• Providing a nurturing, respectful, and enjoyable environment that is accessible and supportive to all young musicians
• Teamwork and collaboration among staff, participants, volunteers, and community partners
• Diversity among its members and in its programming
