Each June, Senior Ensemble musicians can audition (accompanist provided) for the opportunity to perform with the YOBC in the following concert year. Musicians must be sophomores or juniors -- current YOBC members in good standing -- to audition. Music selections must be approved by the Music Director. Competition winners are notified soon after the audition and receive a cash award after their performance. Flyers with information about the soloist competition auditions are handed out at the beginning of the spring concert season.
